General Rules

• Rewards will be credited directly to the user's Remitano wallet according to verified results.
• In case of disputes, Remitano will review based on fairness and system records. All decisions by Remitano are final.
• Any abnormal behavior, cheating, or fraudulent activity will lead to disqualification without notice.
• Remitano may refuse or withdraw rewards if fraud is detected.
• If there is any discrepancy between what the user sees and Remitano’s system, the system record is final. Remitano may modify or terminate the event at any time.

Participant Conditions

• Participants must follow all campaign instructions and rules.
• Posts/content submitted for the “Merry Crypto Season” must remain public for at least two (2) weeks for verification.
• All posts must remain public on X or Facebook to qualify.
• Open to all Remitano users aged 18+, using the latest version of the app or website.
• Eligible only for Nigerian users with accounts created before 23:59 on 30 July 2025.

Reward Conditions

• Participants must have eKYC Level 2 completed to receive rewards.
• All submitted information must be accurate; Remitano is not responsible for losses due to incorrect details.
• Rewards follow Remitano’s official payout timelines and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Organizer Rights

• Remitano may use participants’ names, images, posts, or content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Remitano will protect personal data and not share it with unauthorized parties.
• Remitano may disqualify participants who violate rules or misuse the campaign.
• In all cases, Remitano reserves the right to final decisions regarding fraud or disputes.

Other Rules

• Remitano may adjust, extend, shorten, or end the campaign at any time.
• The campaign may close early if promotional rewards run out.
